Lots of things! Wildlife watching, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, hiking, and so much more. Lake of the Ozarks State Park, Ha Ha Tonka State Park, and Harry S Truman Dam and Lake are all within 1 hour of the cottage.

We welcome all guests at the cottage! It is best equipped for couples, solo travelers and families with children over the age of 5. Cairn Cottage hosts up to 4 guests.

A very nice stay at the cottage highlighted by the hosts’ wonderful hospitality. The provided breakfast casserole was a huge plus. The beds were very comfortable and the cottage had everything necessary for a relaxing getaway. It is quite remote, but a great place to come home to after a day of exploring the surrounding areas.
Amazing host with a beautiful home. She checked in on us to make sure everything was working, she even gave us a list of things to do in the area. The paddle boards that are out by the dock made for a wonderful addition. Her and the cute cottage she hosts was just a cherry on top for our vacation. Would absolutely come back!!
My partner and I stayed here for my birthday getaway, this lovely cottage was very peaceful, private and beautiful! The view was extremely pleasant! Loved the entire ambiance of the environment. The hot tub was very nice to have, and we had so much fun spending an entire day out on the kayaks! Would definitely stay here again!!!
